Role - Lecturer in Business Management Top UpThe School for Business Management and Creativity is expanding and requires lecturers to teach level 6 courses, including 16 hours of teaching onsite in Stratford per week.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures onsite
- Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work
- Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high quality feedback
- Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students
- Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques
- Master's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a subject relevant to the teaching area
- A recognised HE Teaching Qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or commitment to gain this within 12 months of appointment
- Evidence of CPD showing commitment to enhancing knowledge and teaching capability, including practical teaching methods and techniques
- Demonstrated breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline/subject area to cover Level 4 to Level 7
