Learning Support Worker - LingfieldSalary: £20,000 - £23,500 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs?

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Worker to join a welcoming school/college setting in Lingfield. You will play a key role in supporting SEN learners to access education, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN learners

• Assist students with EHCP targets and individual learning plans

• Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies

• Work collaboratively with teachers and therapy teams

Requirements:

• Experience supporting SEN learners (school or college setting preferred)

• Patient, resilient and proactive approach

• Strong communication skills

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
