Learning Support Worker - SEN ProvisionCranleigh Full-Time Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Learning Support Worker to join a well-established SEN school in Cranleigh.
This role involves supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and communication difficulties.
The Role:

Deliver tailored support aligned with EHCPs

Assist with structured classroom activities
-
Encourage independence and engagement
-
Monitor and report on student progress
Candidate Requirements:

At least 3-6 months school experience
-
Previous SEN experience preferred
-
Enhanced DBS required
-
Strong behaviour management skills
