Job Description

Learning Support Worker - SEN ProvisionCranleigh Full-Time Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Learning Support Worker to join a well-established SEN school in Cranleigh.

This role involves supporting students with additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD and communication difficulties.

The Role:

  • Deliver tailored support aligned with EHCPs

  • Assist with structured classroom activities

  • Encourage independence and engagement

  • Monitor and report on student progress

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3-6 months school experience

  • Previous SEN experience preferred

  • Enhanced DBS required

  • Strong behaviour management skills
