Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / SEND Teaching Assistant

West Drayton Monday to Friday 8:15am - 4:00pm (term time) Long-term, full-time opportunity Are you a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role?

• Supporting students with special educational needs in and out of the classroom
• Managing and responding to challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner
• Assisting with core subjects including English and Maths
• Supporting students in practical and sporting activities
• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support

• Previous experience within an SEND setting is essential
• Confident in managing challenging behaviour
• Strong literacy and numeracy support skills
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a 9-seater vehicle
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit long-term
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Able to meet deadlines and work as part of a team
• Must be able to arrive on site for 8:15am
