Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified individual to join our team in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The successful candidate will work with both groups and individual students, in and out of the classroom, to help meet their learning needs.
Responsibilities- Support students with SEND in and out of the classroom to meet their learning needs.
- Supervise students during break and lunchtimes.
- Support the development of social and independence skills.
- Embed effective support strategies into everyday classroom practice.
We welcome candidates with experience or a strong interest in working with young people aged 16-19 and a passion for supporting learners with additional needs.
