Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Catshill First School and Nursery

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing First School community. This is a key role for someone who loves working with young children, thrives in a collaborative environment, and excels when leading learning.

As our HLTA, you will:

• Confidently cover whole class lessons across EYFS and KS1/Lower KS2
• Lead and support our team of Teaching Assistants, modelling excellent practice
• Deliver and help co ordinate high quality interventions that help pupils make strong progress
• Build warm, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Contribute to our culture of Kindness, Aspiration, and Self Belief

We are looking for someone who:

• Has HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Is calm, organised, and able to think on their feet
• Brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love of early learning
• Can maintain high expectations while nurturing every child's confidence
• Enjoys being part of a supportive, forward thinking team
