Learning Support Assistant - Primary SEN Provision

Aspire People is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support a new primary SEN provision, offering a fantastic opportunity to help shape a nurturing and inclusive learning environment from the very beginning.
This setting supports primary-aged pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH, learning difficulties, and complex needs.
Responsibilities- Providing 1:1 and small-group support
- Supporting pupils with learning, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Assisting pupils to access the curriculum in a meaningful way
- Supporting sensory needs and structured routines
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
- Supporting personal care where required
- SEN or SEMH support
- Education, childcare, or school settings
- Youth work, care, or residential support
- Supporting vulnerable children or young people
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
