Job Overview

SST is a free school in Maidstone that achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating and excellent exam results.

Responsibilities

Mentor pupils individually or in groups to address barriers to learning and raise aspirations.
Provide one-to-one support and lead group work sessions aimed at cognitive and social development.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support students in accessing the secondary school curriculum.
