Job Overview

SST is a free school in Maidstone that achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating and excellent exam results.

Responsibilities

• Mentor pupils individually or in groups to address barriers to learning and raise aspirations.
• Provide one-to-one support and lead group work sessions aimed at cognitive and social development.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support students in accessing the secondary school curriculum.
