What We're Looking For

To join our team, you must have:

• 2 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities OR
• 1 year's experience plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• NISCC registration (essential)
• A genuine commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
