What We're Looking For
To join our team, you must have:
- 2 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities OR
- 1 year's experience plus NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- NISCC registration (essential)
- A genuine commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life
