This role is at the heart of that mission. You'll drive innovation in L&D, shaping impactful development for everyone from new joiners to senior leaders. A key focus will be designing a modern portfolio of learning for people managers, equipping them with the tools to inspire, support and bring out the best in their teams.
We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, acts with curiosity, and sees L&D as both a craft and a catalyst for change. You'll work hand-in-hand with business and People division stakeholders to make sure learning isn't just programmes, but a driver of growth and culture at easyJet.

What you'll be doing
Innovating in L&D:Use new technologies to design impactful, data-driven learning solutions.
Shaping leadership:Develop a standout portfolio of development that contributes to our skills agenda, while also building confidence and growth in role.
Building partnerships:Work closely with business stakeholders, HRBP's and Talent Manager to align learning with business priorities.
Driving impact:Use insights and analytics to review what works, refine continuously, and keep easyJet at the forefront of L&D.
Owning the roadmap:Support our learning strategy for managers and employees, and embed a culture of curiosity and growth
Growing capabilities:Align organisational skills with our behavioural framework, strengthening both culture and technical expertise.
Managing delivery:Oversee vendor relationships, mandatory training, budgets, and use the Apprenticeship Levy smartly to fuel development.
Scanning the horizon:Stay tuned to the latest in L&D trends and practices to keep us agile and future-ready.
