A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architecture to lead a team of solution architects and deliver scalable, enterprise-level technology solutions aligned to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solution architects
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution designs
• Own and govern solution architecture across multiple projects
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle
• Engage and influence senior technical and business stakeholders

Required Experience

• Proven experience in solution architecture with leadership or management responsibility
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and solution design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), microservices, and APIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Architecture or cloud certifications
• Salesforce experience
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud / enterprise ERP platforms
