Salary/Rate: £750 inside IR35

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architecture to lead a team of solution architects and deliver scalable, enterprise-level technology solutions aligned to business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solution architects
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution designs
- Own and govern solution architecture across multiple projects
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security, and best practices
- Provide technical leadership across the full delivery lifecycle
- Engage and influence senior technical and business stakeholders
- Proven experience in solution architecture with leadership or management responsibility
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks and solution design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), microservices, and APIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Architecture or cloud certifications
- Salesforce experience
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud / enterprise ERP platforms
