Lead Site Manager - Ground-Up Builds (Main Contractor)

VanRath is seeking a Site Manager for a Belfast-based role with a leading main contractor. You will lead daily site activities, oversee groundworks and civils, and supervise trades to deliver high-quality projects.

You will ensure RAMS compliance, collaborate with clients and design teams, and maintain schedule integrity while managing site teams and deadlines across multiple listed sites in Omagh and Monaghan.
