Finishing Manager Hotel Development Dublin 8 €70-75k + Benefits ICDS are currently recruiting a Finishing Manager on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor for a landmark hotel development in Dublin 8. This is a high-profile project requiring a detail-oriented professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality finishing works on large-scale hospitality or commercial developments. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all finishing stages including snagging, commissioning support, handover, and quality control. • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the highest standards of workmanship throughout the project. • Ensure timely delivery of all areas in line with programme targets. • Liaise with site teams, suppliers, consultants, and client representatives. • Maintain site documentation and manage inspections, quality assurance, and compliance. • Drive Health & Safety standards across all finishing activities. Ideal Candidate • 5+ years' experience in finishing management on large-scale hotel, commercial, or residential projects. • Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality. • Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills. • Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractor teams simultaneously. • Health & Safety focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
