Lead Quantity Surveyor: Cost Control & Contracts

Job Search Place Limited is conducting a search for a responsible candidate to manage commercial aspects of JCT Design & Build projects at Bennett Construction. These projects are valued between £30m and £150m and include the management of a 130-apartment residential scheme with construction set to commence in September.

The successful candidate will lead procurement processes while overseeing a team of Surveyors to ensure project delivery by Q2 2028. Key skills sought include a technical understanding of construction methodologies and strong leadership capabilities.
