Lead Paint Shop Foreman - Coatings & Team Leadership

BHC Ltd is looking for an experienced Paint Shop Foreman to lead a workshop team in Carnwath, South Lanarkshire. You will manage labour, equipment and materials to meet production, quality and delivery targets, ensuring safety and COSHH compliance.

Reporting to the Paint Shop Manager, you will plan workload, supervise painters, and drive continuous improvements while developing apprentices and trainees. This is a full-time, on-site role in a busy fabrication environment.
