As a Barista at Smith's Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC , you'll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

What being a Barista is all about?

• Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
• Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards, availability
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and servicesto your customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
• Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.

• A passion for providing a great customer experience in your stores by Crafting Great coffee with your passion and energy for that Perfect Blend
• Good communication skills and Listening skills to understand then customers needs
• Great organisation skills plus strong attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and helping to deliver the daily activities
