Lead Home Care Deputy Manager (On-Call)

The HICA Group is seeking a dedicated care supervisor in Hessle to support our domiciliary care service. Your role will involve ensuring care and support meet legislative and company standards, while working with the Manager to maintain high-quality service delivery.

You will lead recruitment, supervise staff, and help develop, record, and monitor care plans. A Level 3 Diploma in Care and a valid UK driving licence are essential, with paid training and opportunities for internal promotion.
