We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable sessional football coaches to join our growing team. You'll deliver engaging, high-quality coaching sessions across our Weekly Development Centres and Schools Programme, helping players build technical skills, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.

This is a flexible, casual/sessional role - ideal for coaches looking to build hours around other commitments, gain experience, or grow within a structured academy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate, and technically sound coaching sessions in line with the Elevate curriculum
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players
  • Build strong relationships with players and parents, acting as a positive role model at all times
  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and academy policies and procedures
  • Represent the Elevate brand professionally at all sessions.
  • Liaise with Lead/Head coaches regarding player feedback, session planning and development.

What We're Looking For
  • A genuine passion for coaching and developing young players
  • FA Level 1 (or higher) coaching qualification (right candidate can be put onto the course through Elevate)
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid Safeguarding Children and First Aid certificates (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, patient, and energetic approach with children
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented, own transport preferred.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
