We're working with a well-established engineering company based in Rugby that's known for delivering high-value, technically challenging CNC solutions. Supplying components to sectors including Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and more, they're now investing in growth and innovation - and looking for an experienced Lead Hand CNC Milling Programmerto join the team.
What you'll be doing:- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Lead hand duties to include; Liaising with Shop Floor manager, Task allocation, Material Coordination, Process optimization, trouble shooting.
- Using both online and offline programming methods
- Working on a DMU 80 machining centre
- Interpreting technical drawings and working independently
- Using Fanuc to ensure precision and quality
- A technically skilled CNC professional with strong experience in milling
- Minimum 10 years' Engineering experience
- Online programming - Follow and change programs
- Confident with Fanuc programming and modern machining techniques
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-focused
- Excellent communication and team skills
