Lead Chef & Kitchen Operations Manager

Mount Charles in Ballymena is looking for a Cook Manager to create great-tasting food while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager on menu planning and costings, while complying with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
