The Role

We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh food restaurant in Ringwood. This is a high-volume kitchen serving quality dishes, with both indoor dining and outside service areas, alongside a 20-bedroom site.

The ideal candidate will be confident running their own section and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
• Ability to work in a high-volume service environment
• Strong section management and organisational skills
• Passion for quality ingredients and well-presented dishes
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Own transport is essential due to location
