• Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
• Daily detailed inspection of suites and rooms on the assigned floors
• Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the hotel laundry
• Ensuring the professional care and prepration of guest linen, F&B linen, staff uniforms
• Supervising washing, drying, ironing, and pressing processes
• Managing linen inventory, including stock control
• Coordinating with external laundry service providers
• Acting as a role model for subordinate employees

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or several years of experience in housekeeping/laundry operations
• Previous experience in a similiar position is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of textile care and hygiene standards
• Strong organisational skills,high level of quality awarness
• Leadership qualities and good communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Language skills in D, E (any other language an advantage)
