Landlord & Tenant Solicitor

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a qualified Landlord & Tenant Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team in Yeovil.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters and will play an important role within the department, bringing experience and autonomy to support the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
• Advising clients on a broad range of tenancy, leasehold, and property dispute issues.
• Handling possession proceedings, tenancy disputes, lease disputes, and related litigation matters.
• Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
• Maintaining high standards of client care and case management.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proven experience in landlord and tenant law.
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to team working.
