Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a qualified Landlord & Tenant Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team in Yeovil.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of landlord and tenant matters and will play an important role within the department, bringing experience and autonomy to support the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
- Advising clients on a broad range of tenancy, leasehold, and property dispute issues.
- Handling possession proceedings, tenancy disputes, lease disputes, and related litigation matters.
- Delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and case management.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Proven experience in landlord and tenant law.
- Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to team working.
