Land Surveyor Manager

Land Surveyor Manager Location: Dublin Airport Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Land Surveyor Manager to join a major infrastructure project within the highly regulated environment of Dublin Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role on a large-scale, complex construction scheme, managing all surveying operations on site. The Role: As Land Surveyor Manager, you will be responsible for the full delivery of surveying activities across the project, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance throughout all stages of construction. You will be working within a live airport environment, requiring strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage all surveying activities across the project Oversee and carry out setting out in line with design drawings and specifications Conduct and review site measurements to ensure accuracy and progress Manage quantity certification to support commercial and billing processes Monitor surveying performance against project benchmarks Produce regular reports for senior management and stakeholders Maintain accurate survey records, data, and documentation Lead, coordinate, and develop a team of surveyors Liaise with engineers, design teams, and contractors to resolve discrepancies Ensure full compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and project requirements Requirements Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Minimum 10 years experience in land surveying, including at least 5 years in a management role Proven experience on infrastructure, heavy civils, or airport projects Proficient in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D Strong understanding of setting out and construction drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid Safe Pass, CSCS, or equivalent certification Desirable Experience in tunnelling or major civil engineering works Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards Why Apply Opportunity to work on a high-profile airport project Senior leadership role with responsibility across a major scheme Competitive salary and package Long-term project with strong career prospects Apply If you are an experienced Surveyor looking to take the next step into a senior leadership position, please apply or get in touch for more information
