Responsibilities

• Implement L&D strategy
• Design and deliver training
• Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning
• Support on D&I initiatives

Experience required

• Experience working within a law firm
• Comfortable designing and delivering training
• A coaching qualification is desirable
