Job Description

Oakleaf are partnered with a leading law firm to assist them with their search for an L&D Advisor.

Responsibilities
  • Implement L&D strategy
  • Design and deliver training
  • Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning
  • Support on D&I initiatives
Experience required
  • Experience working within a law firm
  • Comfortable designing and delivering training
  • A coaching qualification is desirable
