Job DescriptionThis strategic knowledge role supports a high-performing construction disputes team, contributing to legal excellence, training, and global collaboration. Responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering internal training programmes, trainee sessions and training days.
- Managing precedent documents, case law updates, and internal knowledge platforms.
- Supporting client training, thought leadership, and external engagement.
- Collaborating with international teams on global construction initiatives.
- Liaising with barristers, experts, and external bodies for training and development.
- Contributing to newsletters, articles, and global conferences.
- Engaging with legal tech and innovation teams to enhance dispute resolution processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales.
- Extensive experience in contentious construction disputes, ideally including arbitration.
- Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Experience in developing knowledge resources and delivering training.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and ability to manage projects independently.
- Interest in legal tech and innovation.
- Competitive salary range of £100,000 - £150,000 depending on experience and location.
