Kitchen Team Leader: Grow Toward Head Chef

Premier Inn Wigan is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive the kitchen day to day. You'll run the kitchen, manage rotas, place food orders, lead the team through busy services, and keep everything audit-ready. It's a hands-on leadership role that builds toward Head Chef.

Working 30 hours per week at Warrington Road, Marus Bridge, Wigan, you'll report to the Hotel Manager and own food quality and hygiene. The role offers a clear career path in our kitchen operations.
