.We currently have an opportunity for casual Kitchen Porters to join our amazing team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food prep areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and to a high standard
• Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly, following recycling and sustainability practices
• Keep floors, surfaces, and equipment clean andsanitised at all times
• Assistchefs with basic food preparation (e.g. peeling, chopping, portioning ingredients)
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are completed daily
• Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly

What you'll bring

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards (food safety awareness is a plus)
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previousexperience in a kitchen or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
