This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our visitors.
What you'll do- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food prep areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly, following recycling and sustainability practices
- Keep floors, surfaces, and equipment clean andsanitised at all times
- Assistchefs with basic food preparation (e.g. peeling, chopping, portioning ingredients)
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are completed daily
- Report any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards (food safety awareness is a plus)
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts (including weekends and holidays)
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previousexperience in a kitchen or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
