• Dynamic Co Pilot: Partner closely with the Store Manager to run a high performing flagship, manage team schedules, and effortlessly step in to lead operations.
• Digital Face of the Brand: Empower and lead our social media channels. You are highly active on digital platforms, obsessed with lifestyle trends, and ready to drive in store content creation.
• Studio Podcast Host: Own our dual purpose lounge and podcast studio! You'll support influencer events, manage high spec camera/sound equipment, and keep the space event ready.
• Next Gen Clienteling: Maximize our digital beauty tech and tablet systems to capture customer data, greet repeat visitors by name, and curate bespoke skincare routines.
• Coach & Inspire: Actively train, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of Skin Pros to deliver world class storytelling and flawless brand standards.
