Job Description

- Nearly 20% headcount growth within the last 2 years and average employee tenure 4.5 years
- As the Junior Key Account Manager - SMR, you will build and manage relationships with large fleet and automotive customers including leasing companies and high-volume partners.
- You will drive revenue growth and customer retention by creating and executing account development plans, acting as the main point of contact for key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
- You will collaborate closely with operations, sales and commercial teams, ensuring customer needs are met through nationwide SMR Centre teams.
- You will deliver customer and market insights, lead customer review meetings, monitor performance against KPIs, and support pricing, tenders, and new proposals.
- You will be reporting to the Director of Business Services
- 2-4 years' experience in B2B account management, sales support or business development within automotive, fleet management or service industries.
- You must have a full, clean driving licence.
- You must also have full, permanent and immediate rights to work in Ireland
- Track record of managing key accounts and delivering excellent customer service and commercial results.
- Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and developing commercial growth opportunities.
- Base salary: €50-55K + bonus
