We're not your average car lease company. Nope! Our headquarters are based in the Netherlands and we're now on a mission to supercharge Spain's transition to 100% electric vehicles. We want you! we're looking for a Key Account Manager to join our young, dynamic, international, and seriously passionate team right here in sunny Barcelona (currently in Sant Cugat del Vallès, but with national reach!).
- Become a trusted advisor: You'll be the go-to guru for our B2B clients, understanding their needs like you understand the difference between a Type 2 and a CCS connector (and if you don't yet, you'll learn fast!).
- Build and nurture epic partnerships: You'll forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, making them feel like part of our electric revolution.
- Drive the electric dream: You'll be responsible for hitting and exceeding sales targets, helping spanish companies make the smart (and seriously cool) switch to electric mobility.
- Speak the language of EV awesomeness: You'll be a passionate advocate for electric vehicles, confidently explaining their benefits and getting clients as excited as we are.
- Collaborate with a vibrant crew: You'll work closely with our energetic team, sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and generally making the workplace a fun and buzzing environment.
- Stay ahead of the curve: The EV world is evolving fast, and you'll be right there on the cutting edge, learning about the latest models and technologies.
- You're a seasoned sales PRO with a proven track record in B2B account management.
- While experience in the car lease sector is a plus, it's not a deal-breaker. What is essential is your genuine enthusiasm for vehicles and for the electric mobility revolution! and, even more so, for reaching your sales goals!
- You live and breathe commercial activity and get a thrill from smashing objectives.
- You're a fantastic communicator, able to connect with people and build rapport effortlessly.
- You're proactive, organized, and can manage your own "charging schedule" effectively.
- You're a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must (you'll be communicating with all sorts of cool people!).
