Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor for a client leading the way in Industrial and Public Works projects in the South West/West.

With the huge demand of facilities from areas in the public sector such as schools, hotels, housing and hospitals our client has taken on large amounts of these projects in Clare. The company has been around for 3 generations and their knowledge of the contracting market is no secret. Specialising in multiple public works and industrial projects.

They are looking for an Intermediate Junior Quantity Surveyor to work on large scale projects in Clare worth a minimum of €5M. After a rapid growth in recent years, they are looking to bring in a good quality Quantity Surveyor to help on a variety of unique projects.

• Some experience in Irish Contracting
• Education - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree
• Considerable experience in main contracting
• Some knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progress
• Knowledge of building and commercial
