Atrium EMEA are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Executive to support our Partner Marketing function in Dublin. This is an execution-focused role ideal for a recent graduate (or early-career marketer) with a marketing/digital marketing background who wants hands-on B2B experience. * Write ad copy (paid social, email).
* Produce co-branded sales sheets and partner collateral.
* Build and format sales decks for our internal sales teams.
* Create articles, blog content, and partner announcements.
* Draft and schedule social posts.
* Set up and support email and digital campaigns.
* Develop partner toolkits, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs, and landing page copy.
* Manage creative requests from multiple partner types.
* Support basic campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Essential:

* Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar (or equivalent experience).
* Digital Marketing experience (internships count).
* Strong copywriting and attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
* Confident using tools like PowerPoint, Canva/Figma, CRM/email platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
* Interest in B2B, partner, or channel marketing.
