About the role
Join EFI Group's Marketing & Sales team as a Content & Marketing Executive and help inspire the next generation of fashion and beauty professionals. You'll create and deliver engaging content across our websites, email campaigns and social media channels, promoting the Fashion Retail Academy, London College of Beauty Therapy and our industry-focused services.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Media and Applicant Services, you'll support student recruitment from application through to enrolment, ensuring content is relevant, audience-focused and aligned with key campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, organised and data-driven marketer who is passionate about creating compelling content, enhancing the customer journey and making a real impact.
About you:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related subject, and GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Experience: Experience working in a marketing, content, social media or communications role, with experience creating and managing content across digital channels, including websites, email campaigns and social media.
- Expertise: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence in analysing data and campaign performance, and an interest in the fashion, beauty and education sectors.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Values: A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement, professional development and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Salary:
From £26,550 to £29,500 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
