Responsibilities

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Support in developing presentations that tell compelling stories grounded in data
• Assist senior team members in shaping strategic narratives for clients
• Collect and analyze social data from online platforms
• Identify key themes, sentiment, and consumer conversations relevant to client needs
• Work with social listening tools and dashboards

Skills set

• Experience with quantitative research methods as part of coursework/confident with data
• Capable of interpreting numbers and data and transforming them into actionable stories that will inspire c-level executives
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• You know how to setup search strategies to collect social media conversations and you are familiar with text and image analysis
• Pro-active and all-around fun colleague
