• Manageanddevelopstrong,long-termrelationshipswithexistingclients.
• Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunities.
• Actasthemainpointofcontactforcustomers,respondingpromptlytoenquiriesandrequirements.
• UnderstandcustomerneedsandrecommendappropriatesolutionsacrossNetwork,Cloud,Security,DataCentreandManagedServices.
• Clearlycommunicatethescope,benefitsandcommercialtermsofproposedsolutions.
• Workcloselywithinternalteams,includingtechnical,purchasingandfinancedepartments,toensuresmoothservicedelivery.
• Supporttheresolutionofcustomerissuesandcoordinatewithrelevantinternaldepartments.
• Maintainaccuratecustomer,salesopportunityandpipelineinformationwithinCRMsystems.

• Business-levelJapaneseandEnglishcommunicationskills.
• PreviousexperienceinIT/ICTsales,solutionsalesoraccountmanagement.
• Experienceindevelopingsalesandgeneratingnewbusinessopportunities.
• KnowledgeofglobalICTsolutionsandtechnologies,includingSecurity,DX,Network,DataCentre,Cloud,RPAandManagedServices.
• Strongcustomerrelationshipmanagementandcommunicationskills.
