- Manageanddevelopstrong,long-termrelationshipswithexistingclients.
- Identifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunities.
- Actasthemainpointofcontactforcustomers,respondingpromptlytoenquiriesandrequirements.
- UnderstandcustomerneedsandrecommendappropriatesolutionsacrossNetwork,Cloud,Security,DataCentreandManagedServices.
- Clearlycommunicatethescope,benefitsandcommercialtermsofproposedsolutions.
- Workcloselywithinternalteams,includingtechnical,purchasingandfinancedepartments,toensuresmoothservicedelivery.
- Supporttheresolutionofcustomerissuesandcoordinatewithrelevantinternaldepartments.
- Maintainaccuratecustomer,salesopportunityandpipelineinformationwithinCRMsystems.
- Business-levelJapaneseandEnglishcommunicationskills.
- PreviousexperienceinIT/ICTsales,solutionsalesoraccountmanagement.
- Experienceindevelopingsalesandgeneratingnewbusinessopportunities.
- KnowledgeofglobalICTsolutionsandtechnologies,includingSecurity,DX,Network,DataCentre,Cloud,RPAandManagedServices.
- Strongcustomerrelationshipmanagementandcommunicationskills.
