Job Description

Company: Japanese real estate company

Location: London

Employment Type: Temporary

Working hours: 9am-5pm

Period: May - June/July 2026 (this may change depending on circumstances)

Salary: Depending on experience

You will be responsible for administrative and coordination tasks related to property management, as well as serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Arranging and coordinating the dispatch of contractors in accordance with property specific regulations and requirements
  2. Scheduling and coordinating appointments with tenants and contractors
  3. Preparing and issuing purchase orders
  4. Reviewing and processing invoices
  5. Entering and updating information in the internal database
  6. Checking emails
  7. Providing first line responses to inquiries
  8. Allocating and escalating inquiries to the appropriate departments or responsible personnel
  9. Responding to inquiries from tenants and contractors
  10. Organising and summarising inquiry details and relaying them to relevant internal stakeholders
