Employment Type: Temporary
Working hours: 9am-5pm
Period: May - June/July 2026 (this may change depending on circumstances)
Salary: Depending on experience
You will be responsible for administrative and coordination tasks related to property management, as well as serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Arranging and coordinating the dispatch of contractors in accordance with property specific regulations and requirements
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments with tenants and contractors
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
- Reviewing and processing invoices
- Entering and updating information in the internal database
- Checking emails
- Providing first line responses to inquiries
- Allocating and escalating inquiries to the appropriate departments or responsible personnel
- Responding to inquiries from tenants and contractors
- Organising and summarising inquiry details and relaying them to relevant internal stakeholders
