Job Description

You will provide technical support on current Applications for all Translink Domain Users and, as a member of a small integrated team, provide support and cover for the Help Desk and Computer Operations activities as necessary. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment across the Translink IT Network.

Essential Criteria

• Possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in either an Information Technology or Business-related subject.
• Substantial experience of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Experience of Microsoft Office products.
• Desirable Criteria
• Experience of corporate networks (LAN/WAN).
• Possess a full current driving licence and have access to a car.
