With a strong focus on innovation, they're looking for an IT Systems & Support Engineer who can not only keep the wheels turning but also help streamline processes and boost efficiency across the business.

What You'll Do

Deliver 2nd line technical support to staff across multiple offices

Manage IT onboarding for new starters, setting up accounts, devices, and software

Deliver IT training sessions (1:1 and group) to improve confidence and efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements in workflows and systems

Support and maintain the firm's network, applications, and security

Act as a friendly, approachable IT partner to teams across the business

What You Bring

Must Have:

  • Previous IT support or systems engineering experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and core business applications
  • Confident communicator who can train, explain, and simplify technical processes
  • An analytical approach to identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving them
  • Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in legal or professional services
  • Knowledge of case management systems
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, or similar
