What You'll DoDeliver 2nd line technical support to staff across multiple offices
Manage IT onboarding for new starters, setting up accounts, devices, and software
Deliver IT training sessions (1:1 and group) to improve confidence and efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements in workflows and systems
Support and maintain the firm's network, applications, and security
Act as a friendly, approachable IT partner to teams across the business
What You BringMust Have:
- Previous IT support or systems engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and core business applications
- Confident communicator who can train, explain, and simplify technical processes
- An analytical approach to identifying workflow inefficiencies and improving them
- Full UK driving licence (travel to other offices required)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in legal or professional services
- Knowledge of case management systems
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, or similar
