IT Support - Hardware Refresh Support Worker

IT Support - Hardware Refresh Support Worker vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Prepare new Windows laptops for deployment across the hardware refresh programme
• Support users during device handover and ensure a smooth transition to new equipment
• Configure Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook mailboxes, OneDrive, SharePoint and file shares
• Manage incoming and returned devices, including asset tracking and basic administration
• Provide day-to-day IT support to end users on-site at Zurich HQ

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in customer-facing IT support, desktop support or service desk roles
• Good working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint and identity management
• Ability to work on-site every day and support a laptop refresh project
• Language skills: German

• Well-organised with good attention to detail
